Coverage for Full-Time College/University Students
As you know, coverage for full-time students (age 21, but under age 25) is provided under your Extended Health Care and Dental benefits.
This coverage is provided from September 1 to August 31 upon receipt of enrollment confirmation from an accredited college or university. This confirmation is required each year. If you have a son or daughter who will be continuing full-time attendance in September 2019, please provide confirmation by email, fax, or regular mail to PWI Insurance Services, as soon as you receive the enrollment confirmation.
By providing the above information prior to September 1, there will be no interruption of your son’s/daughter’s coverage.
